Support from Emploi-Québec

An agreement between the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) and Emploi-Québec sets out the possibility for financial support during a training activity.

A candidate who meets the eligibility conditions may receive financial assistance in the form of an employment assistance allowance, maintenance of employment insurance or employment assistance benefits, and if applicable, reimbursement of childcare costs.

The candidate must meet with an agent from a Centre local d’emploi (CLE)at least 10 days before the beginning of the training activity in order to confirm his or her eligibility. To find out where the CLEs are located across Québec, visit Emploi-Québec or call 1 877 767-8773.
