ACCES Construction Committee

The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) is a member of the ACCES construction committee, which has the mission of attacking, through combined actions, tax evasion, undeclared work, and flouting of the legal obligations in the construction industry.

The cooperation among the different government departments and organizations involved makes it possible to maximize efforts to increase compliance among contractors, employers, and workers in the industry, and to encourage fair competition on construction sites.
