Starting today, the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) is offering insureds in the construction industry a new electronic tool for claims, “MÉDIC Construction en ligne,” available on tablets, computers, and cell phones.

Two ways to access it:

1. By connecting to the CCQ’s online services (services en ligne, or SEL), section “MÉDIC online”
2. By downloading the MÉDIC Construction mobile application onto your cell phone

In both cases, your SEL username and password are required. Not yet registered for the SEL? Do it right now.

With this tool, MÉDIC insured will now be able to:

• Submit their claims
• Simulate a claim
• Find a healthcare provider
• View their claim history
• Transmit information concerning their dependents (not available on the mobile app).
