Within the next week, the industry’s insureds will have access to an upgraded version of MÉDIC Online! Available as always on all digital devices, this tool for making insurance claims simply and quickly will offer users a friendly environment and navigation that’s more intuitive.

Another new – and big – advantage: all claims will be made in the same way both on the mobile application and in the Web version. For example, it will be possible to make a claim for safety glasses directly on the mobile application, an option that is not currently available.

So, whether they’re using their tablet, their computer, or their cell phone, the industry’s workers and retirees will be able to:

• Submit all their claims
• Simulate a claim to verify eligibility for reimbursement
• Find a healthcare provider
• View their claims history

Remember, to use MÉDIC Online, insureds have to be registered for the CCQ’s online services at sel.ccq.org.
