The Commission de la construction du Québec publishes the 2022 statistical study of the First Nation and Inuit workforce in the construction industry.

In 2022, there were 1,497 First Nations and Inuit active workers, representing 0.76 % of the total workforce, a significant increase compared with 2021.

To promote the inclusion of First Nations and Inuit in the construction industry, the CCQ is currently holding a collaborative process with its partners to identify structuring solutions that will have an impact on the Aboriginal workers.
