You can now consult the representativeness of each of the union associations, which will come into force on September 1. These results were recorded following 16th union vote in the construction industry, which took place June 3–22.

About the 2024 union vote

A total of 211,405 workers were asked to choose their union allegiance, which will be in force until the next vote. 

Of this number, 143,306 individuals had the voting status. This status means that their vote was used in the calculation of union representativeness. 

Ultimately, 30,529 ballots were received. It should be noted that workers who did not exercise their right to vote had their union allegiance in force at the time of the vote automatically renewed. This is called “presumption of allegiance.
