The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) is proud to launch its updated 2024–27 Strategic Plan.

Taking into account, among other things, the economic prospects for the construction industry and the challenges and opportunities that this historic order book offers, this roadmap is articulated around five general orientations that will guide our actions:

1. To innovate in order to have a sufficient number of skilled workers
2. To offer a client experience that is accessible, reliable, simple, and encourages autonomy
3. To ensure compliance with collective agreements and with norms, and to fight against undeclared work in order to encourage fair competition
4. To foster a constructive and lasting collaboration between the CCQ and the partners
5. To focus on a mobilizing and inclusive employee experience

The CCQ’s ambition is to take every action necessary to attract, retain, and diversify the workforce that we need to build Québec; to focus on its digital transformation in order to significantly improve its clienteles’ satisfaction; to anchor its compliance practices in a balance among prevention, verification, and guidance to encourage fair competition; and to offer an employee experience based on attractive, inclusive, and mobilizing conditions.
