The mailing of MÉDIC cards was completed on January 13, 2025. 

The MÉDIC cards for the insurance period from January to June 2025 will be sent out gradually, starting January 9, 2025.

If you are insured for the period from January to June 2025:

• Your MÉDIC cards is available in digital version in the CCQ's online services and on the MÉDIC online application.
• If you were insured during the previous period, you can use the MÉDIC Construction card you already have.
• If you don’t have access to the online services, we invite you to give your CCQ client number to your pharmacist or supplier at the time of your visit.

Please note that the delay in mailing MÉDIC cards is due to the gradual resumption of postal service following the recent labour dispute at Canada Post.
